About Jenna Hoyas, San Diego Realtor

Since becoming a full-time real estate agent in 2015 and making partner at The Yost Quesada Team at Douglas Elliman in 2018, Jenna Hoyas has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes in the San Diego area. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys spending time at the beautiful San Diego beaches, hiking local trails, her Crossfit community, and traveling.

San Diego has a vibrant local food scene. What are some of your favorite places to eat? Breakfast, lunch, and dinner? 

Breakfast: Sugar and Scribe La Jolla or Brunch at La Valencia 

Lunch: Tartine Coronado

Dinner: Callie Downtown (East Village)

Where do you stop for a midday pick-me-up? 

Bird Rock Coffee (multiple locations) is a staple in San Diego. The original is in Bird Rock (La Jolla). When I need a sugar kick, my go-to is Sugar and Scribe La Jolla.

What are some of your favorite stores or areas to shop?

Del Mar Highlands and One Paseo both have great options for shopping, dining, and wellness spas. La Jolla Village also has a great collection of cute boutiques and shops.

Favorite thing to do in San Diego?

I love going to the Del Mar Race Track! Every summer, the horse races are a must-see! For an outdoor activity, I enjoy hiking in Torrey Pines! Beautiful views of La Jolla and the ocean.

Best areas to stay when visiting San Diego?

La Jolla and Coronado both have beautiful beaches, great restaurants and luxurious hotels. Both can be family friendly or great for a romantic or adult getaway.

Any other recommendations or must-sees?

San Diego really has something for everyone! A boat day from Point Loma or Downtown is a great way to relax and see some of the city from a new perspective.
