As a beach town with lots to do, Venice is a very popular neighborhood with some expensive real estate. Sale prices range from $1,000,000-8,000,000, and the average sale price tends to be between $2,500,000-4,000,000. The lots and houses in Venice tend to be smaller than those in neighboring Santa Monica and Los Angeles, with home sizes running from tiny beach bungalows to newer construction homes that top out at around 10,000 SF. There is a wide range of housing styles in Venice, including craftsman cottages, Spanish haciendas, and newer modern architectural designs.
